That's me, just a few years old-
showing early signs of my chef future.
March of 2022, I was going to a theme park in Anaheim, California. My best friend asked me to pick up a bag of chocolate covered honeycomb for him.
Sounds simple, right?
Once I arrived at the park, I set about finding this treat, only to be told at store after store, "We don't make it anymore."
When I called him from the park to tell him what I had learned, he sounded quite disappointed so I replied, "Lucky for you, I'm a chef."
Once I got back home, I went into my kitchen and began creating, playing and experimenting, using experience, wit and a bit of Culinary Alchemy.
Later that same week, I eagerly presented him with my creation. He was thrilled!!
And my chocolate covered honeycomb was born.
All credit goes to that friend. From the inspiration to the motivation,
I would not be at this stage if it was not for him and his confidence in me.
